• Prompts and User Content: Prompts that you create, save, organize, or optimize through NovaPrompt may be stored in your personal workspace so that you can access and manage them across supported devices.
• Subscription Information: If you purchase a paid subscription, subscription-related information may be processed through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card number or other full payment credentials on NovaPrompt servers. We may retain identifiers such as your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status for account and subscription management.
• Technical and Diagnostic Information: We may process limited technical information required to operate and troubleshoot the extension, such as extension version, error information, and basic diagnostic information.
• Information Stored Locally: NovaPrompt may use Chrome's local extension storage to store information necessary for the extension to function, such as preferences, temporary application state, authentication state, or other extension-related data.

2. Chrome Extension Permissions

NovaPrompt requests certain Chrome permissions because they are necessary for the extension's core functionality. These permissions are not used to collect unrelated browsing activity.

3. Website and Page Content

NovaPrompt may interact with content on a browser page when you explicitly use a feature that requires page interaction.

For example, the extension may interact with a supported AI website to insert a prompt into an input field or perform an action requested by the user.

NovaPrompt does not intentionally collect, sell, or maintain a browsing history of websites visited by users. Page access is limited to functionality necessary to provide the extension's requested features.

NovaPrompt does not use page access to collect unrelated passwords, payment card information, private communications, or other sensitive information from websites.

4. How We Use Information

• Security and Protection: Information may be processed or disclosed when reasonably necessary to detect fraud, abuse, security threats, or violations of our terms.

6. Third-Party Services

NovaPrompt relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

• Google / Firebase for authentication and cloud services.
• Stripe for payments and subscription management.
• Google Chrome APIs for extension functionality.

• Extension Data: You may remove NovaPrompt from Chrome, which removes the extension and its locally stored extension data according to Chrome's storage behavior.
